Julie serves as Alternative Strategies ambassador to Chicago, managing customer relations and business development. She is a marketing professional with experience in a broad array of industries from non-profit and home furnishings to professional services and technology. She enjoys working with new clients and learning how she can put her skills to the test to solve the marketing challenges they face in expanding their business. She is a true mid-western girl - growing up in Ohio and then receiving her bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University. And after 10 years, Julie calls Chicago home.

Julie has honed her marketing talents working for such organizations as Arthur Andersen, Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and BB Marketing Group. Her diverse background has enabled her to work in all facets of sales and marketing and draw on that experience to create unique marketing solutions for our clients. She is a perfect mix of left and right brain – highly organized and budget conscious while wildly creative and witty!

After the day is done, Julie loves to spend a night out on the town in Chicago…hitting up all of her favorite restaurants as cooking has yet to become a passion. You will also find her taking her puppies on walks in the park or feeling the burn during her favorite workout class.
